September Brings More Affordable Homes to Calgary Buyers

Home sales in Calgary dropped 3.8% in September year-over-year, with 1,650 homes sold and the benchmark price falling 0.8% to $566,700. Apartment prices declined 8.3% to $291,400, row homes fell 5.5% to $412,400, detached homes decreased 1% to $739,400, and semi-detached homes rose 0.1% to $685,200. New listings decreased 11.3%, and total inventory was down 6.3% to 6,486 homes.
