Apartment-style homes in Calgary experienced the steepest price decline, with benchmark prices dropping nearly 9% to $299,000 due to higher inventory and softer demand. Inventory levels were 24% above typical June levels. Row-style homes fell 5.5% to $424,100, detached homes declined 1.4% to $750,500, while semi-detached homes slightly increased by 0.2% to $694,600. Overall residential prices dropped 2.1% year-over-year.
