Overall, Calgary's market stayed relatively balanced in Q2, and the aggregate home price was $695.3K, essentially flat yearly despite different trends by property type.
Competition remained strongest for detached homes below $700K and above $1.5M, while first-time buyers stayed active and Calgary's affordability continued attracting out-of-province demand.
Looking ahead, the forecast called for Calgary aggregate home prices to post modest growth by Q4 2026, even with condos facing continued supply pressure.
