It’s always interesting to watch market shifts just outside our city. Detached home prices in several Calgary-area communities are seeing some changes: Chestermere’s average price slipped 4.6% to $771,900, Airdrie dropped 4.5%, Cochrane 3.9%, and Canmore eased 2.4% to $1,681,400. High River saw a 1.6% dip, while Strathmore bucked the trend and rose 3.5% to $579,400.
